ERIC McFARLAND
The Agency is proud to welcome Eric McFarland, a seasoned real estate professional who brings with him over 20 years of residential real estate experience. He joins the firm, affiliated with both The Agency Marin and The Agency Palm Springs - enabling him to seamlessly serve his clients in both markets.
As Managing Director of The Agency Marin County - Eric was the perfect choice. With a proven track record not only in residential real estate sales, Eric has served in a leadership role for much of his career. Eric began his pursuit in real estate in 2001 in New York City at The Corcoran Group, first as an agent and then later as a Managing Director. He successfully opened their Williamsburg office when Brooklyn was just emerging as one of the most dynamic markets in the country. After a decade in NYC, he returned to California and his trajectory continued. He spent several years at Pacific Union, and then most recently at Vanguard Properties where he was consistently recognized as one of the firms’ top producers and while also serving as Regional Director for Marin County.
As a sales person, Eric’s business thrives on referrals, a testament to his commitment to people. He proudly represents both buyers and sellers in both Marin County and Palm Springs. A well-respected professional, Eric has achieved more than $300M in total sales volume in Marin, and has played a role in closing more than 175 transactions.
What excites Eric most about real estate is not just houses but the genuine relationships forged with clients. Eric embraces the dynamism of his role, relishing the variety of each day, relationship, home and transaction. Among his many strengths are in-depth and up-to-the-minute market knowledge, data interpretation and creative problem-solving. Eric is also known for being an attentive listener and bringing an energizing level of enthusiasm to every interaction.
Eric attended the University of Southern California and has taken leadership courses at the Wharton School of Business. Outside of work, Eric values a balanced life, sharing it with his partner Brad for more than 16 years. Fitness, travel, cooking, a love for Porsches and the company of their two French Bulldogs, Leo and Gemma, enrich his personal pursuits. Eric also proudly supports the charitable organization Home for a Home.
METTE SHIRLEY
Mette moved to Marin County from Denmark in 1992 to chase her “American Dream”. With one suitcase and $100 in her pocket, she began her love affair with California and instantly knew she had landed in a very special place. Fast forward 30 years and Mette is still excited about living in Marin.
Her extensive career in real estate began as a stager which fully utilized her strong sense of space, design, and how a home should flow which ultimately translated into higher sales prices for her clients. She decided to add Realtor to her resume to expand her involvement in the dynamic housing industry.
Mette is genuinely passionate about helping clients find homes that perfectly fulfill their idea of a dream home. She enjoys meeting new people and creating beautiful solutions that meet all of their needs. Her warm, respectful and positive demeanor guides clients and team members through even the toughest situations with ease.
MICHELE ROCKSBERG
Transaction Coordinator
Michele Rocksberg began working in real estate in 2001 as a licensed real estate assistant and transaction coordinator. Michele brings a strong knowledge base of required disclosure documents and is consistently keeping informed with the real estate laws that help protect buyers and sellers. She is a dedicated, detail-oriented member of the team that has a technical background and is extremely organized.

ALEX ZHIGALOV
As I was growing up I was passionate about 3 things - photo cameras, drawing floor plans with furniture layout for my parent’s country house and actually building this house together with my father. Fast forward 30 years, new country, different career paths and I am back to doing what I love the most. Photographing beautiful houses in the most beautiful part of the world, drawing floor plans and designing and remodeling my own fixer upper into my dream house. I get inspired by the unique architecture, tasteful design and unbelievable scenery of Northern California

We are sisters who grew up in Los Gatos, Ca, spending most of our free time riding our horse, Tally, and rearranging our bedroom furniture.
We both have families of our own now, with four kids between us ranging from 17 to 7.
By joining forces to create Wildflower, we are combining our backgrounds in Real Estate and Project Management with
our mutual love for good design.We believe that good design is good business.
