Sweeping Bay Views

20 Palm Way, Mill Valley, CA 94941
$2,582,000

In preparation to bring 20 Palm Way to market, we guided our clients through a thoughtful, strategic approach to prepare the home.  Together, we identified the updates that would make the biggest impact—while staying true to what they’ve always loved about the property - the natural elements of the architecture and of course the focus being on the incredible views.

With our guidance, the home received a full refresh including new floors and carpet, fresh interior and exterior paint, remodeled bathrooms, a complete landscape overhaul, the list goes on - in essence this place got an entirely new look. We collaborated with The Still Collective for a complete design consult and project coordination, and the results speak for themselves— a home that presented itself as crisp, contemporary and ready for the market.

We’re especially grateful for clients who trusted the process and were willing to lean into our advice.

Nestled at the foot of Mount Tamalpais, homes in this Marin County city range from 500-square-foot hunter's cabins to multimillion-dollar mansions tucked away on winding, narrow lanes under the redwoods.

Coffee is king in Mill Valley. Downtown, three separate coffee shops do a brisk business. At the Depot, as the sunny town center is called, moms with strollers, kids on tricycles, and teenagers kicking hacky sacks relax in the open-air plaza, which now houses an independent bookstore and cafe. The Depot is also a jumping-off spot for hikers and mountain bikers heading up the slopes of Mount Tamalpais. Nightlife in Mill Valley is anchored by Sweetwater Music Hall, which hosts many well-known musical acts.
